Meet The Partners
Sam rusk MBE
Sam has over 40 years’ experience in managing and growing businesses. Beginning his career as a management accountant in 1974, Sam acquired his first business in 1985, and since then has owned and managed a number of companies across the energy, construction, agriculture and aerospace sectors. He has made several successful exits to PLCs.
Sam now dedicates his time to supporting start up and medium-sized enterprises to achieve their potential. He was awarded an MBE for Services to Industry in 2010.
Matthew Cummings
Matt is a Chartered Manager with over 10 years’ experience in software engineering, operations management and strategic product development.
He joins Endeavour from the senior leadership team of a Belfast-based technology business where he played a vital role in the business’ transformation from a service-based model to a product-led, scalable enterprise. He has worked in government, academic, technology and energy sectors.
Matt has an MBA from the University of Ulster where he won academic prizes from the IoD and CBI, including the James Leckey Design Prize for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. He also holds a first class B.Sc in Business Information Technology from Queen’s University, Belfast and is a PRINCE II Practitioner for Project Management.
Jenni Cummings
Jenni is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and began her career at PwC where she worked with and managed audit teams for clients of varying sizes across the UK, from SMEs to large listed companies.
Before joining Endeavour, Jenni was the Financial Controller of a manufacturing firm with an international footprint. In this role she oversaw all elements of the Finance department and played a key role in strategic financial decision making and the company’s successful acquisition.
Jenni has a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Ulster and BA in Accounting from Queen’s University, Belfast.
Alastair Little
Prior to joining Endeavour Investments, Alastair ran a London-based media agency specialising in helping start-up and entrepreneurial business grow at speed through marketing.
Alastair has spent over 10 years working in the marketing sector on diverse projects from brand launches to cutting edge on/offline performance marketing.. During this time Alastair worked across the full range of consumer sectors including electronics, automotive, FMCG, insurance and luxury.
Alastair graduated from Magdalen College, Oxford with a BA (Hons) in Modern History and while there was appointed the first Senior Academical Clerk from Ireland in the College’s history.
Nicola Little
Nicola is a Chartered Global Management Accountant and joins Endeavour Investments with five years’ experience in management consultancy. She was previously part of Deloitte’s Strategy and Operations practice in London, specialising in the design and implementation of sustainable operating models. Working across a range of sectors, she supported her clients to deliver major business transformation projects focused on maximising output while managing costs.
Nicola holds a first class BA (Hons) degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Oxford.
